Do not consume a product if the packaging is damaged, the seal is broken, or the product appears unsafe.

When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. 

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

7. No Returns of Food Products 

Because BOMBOM products are food items, we do not accept returns of food products. 

Once a food product has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned for resale.

Please do not return food products unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it is shipped. 

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
