BOMBOM began around my table in London, where I started cooking the flavors I missed from home for friends and neighbors.

We shared bowls of rice, kimchi, gochujang, and sesame oil late into the evening, and what stayed with me was how naturally people connected with those flavors — comforting, familiar, yet completely new.
